At NAILCISSIST, we want you to be obsessed with your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
