How do I determine my correct nail size?
We offer a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. For the most accurate fit, we recommend purchasing our 'Sample Sizing Kit' before placing your first order to ensure your custom set fits perfectly from wall to wall.
How long do NAILCISSIST press-ons last?
With proper nail preparation using our included prep kit, your manicure can last up to 2 weeks with nail glue, or 2-3 days using our temporary adhesive tabs for short-term wear.
Are the nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our high-quality salon-grade nails are designed for durability. If you use adhesive tabs, you can reuse them indefinitely. If using glue, you can gently buff away the dried glue from the back of the nail to wear them again.
What is your shipping policy?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days as many of our sets are finished by hand. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and the custom sizing of our nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
